La chiesa cattolica romana di Santa Gertrude è una basilica romanica con matroneo nel comune di Morsbach, nel distretto dell'Oberberg in Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia, al confine con la Renania-Palatinato. Appartiene alla comunità parrocchiale di Morsbach - Friesenhagen - Wildbergerhütte.
La chiesa parrocchiale di Santa Gertrude è l'edificio più antico del comune di Morsbach. Una prima cappella fu costruita attorno all'895 probabilmente da missionari del monastero di Cassio di Bonn su una cima rocciosa. Nel 1131 Papa Innocenzo II confermò i diritti di proprietà della chiesa al monastero di Cassio di Bonn.
