Le Séchoir, il ristorante della fattoria del foie gras di Jacquin, offre agli amanti della buona tavola ricette semplici e tradizionali a base di prodotti della fattoria e dei produttori vicini. Foie gras, anatra confit, agnello, trota affumicata, Rocamadour e dolci fatti in casa sono serviti nell'ambiente caldo e autentico di un vecchio capannone per l'essiccazione del tabacco. La sala da pranzo, completamente rinnovata e arredata con gusto, rivela l'architettura dell'antico edificio della fattoria e offre una vista panoramica sulle Causses du Quercy.
