Hier worden Caussenardeenden, -ganzen en -lammeren gefokt en geproduceerd. Le Séchoir, het restaurant van de Jacquin Foie Gras boerderij, biedt liefhebbers van lekker eten eenvoudige, traditionele recepten op basis van producten van de boerderij en naburige producenten. Foie gras, gekonfijte eend, lamsvlees, gerookte forel, Rocamadour en huisgemaakte desserts worden geserveerd in de warme, authentieke omgeving van een oude tabaksdrogerij. De volledig gerenoveerde en smaakvol ingerichte eetzaal laat de architectuur van de voormalige boerderij zien en biedt een panoramisch uitzicht op de Causses du Quercy.
