Costruito a metà del XIX secolo con granito locale. Si tratta di una muratura a secco, cioè costruita senza materiali leganti come la malta o il cocco. Ha due funzioni: il piano terra era utilizzato come riparo temporaneo per il pastore per proteggersi dai capricci del tempo. All'interno è presente un camino. Il primo piano è un apiario coperto. Davanti a ogni apertura, delle pietre piatte venivano utilizzate per collocare i "bournats", arnie di Limousin, per proteggere le api dall'umidità del terreno.
