Situato su un antico sito gallo-romano, questo mulino fu costruito all'inizio del XII secolo nel comune di Beuxes. La sorgente Maumont, a 500 metri di distanza, alimenta il mulino, che in origine era dotato di due ruote di 2,40 metri di diametro. Ha cessato l'attività di macinazione nel 1919.
L'attuale proprietario, che rappresenta la quinta generazione, grazie alla sua energia e alla sua passione, sta riportando questa architettura al suo antico splendore. La prima ruota a tazza è stata appena installata e restituisce al mulino l'anima di un tempo.
