Situato tra Place Stanislas e Place de la Carrière, L'Arq ha aperto i battenti nel 1994. Gestito da Cyril Poirot, che gestisce anche Le Chat Noir a Nancy e Digione, il locale vi accoglie dal giovedì al sabato in un ambiente sontuoso ed elegante, con comode poltrone e luci soffuse per un'atmosfera intima. L'ingresso è gratuito.
La sala di 200 m² accoglie una clientela chic e urbana in un'atmosfera musicale generale. Ogni due mesi, un DJ si mette dietro i piatti e assicura l'animazione de L'Arq, con grande piacere dei nottambuli di Nancy che vengono a trascorrere una piacevole serata davanti a un drink. La descrizione tecnica dello stabilimento è piuttosto minimalista e comprende solo alcune lire.
