La tenuta Château des Mailles appartiene alla famiglia Larrieu dal 1734. Si trova su una collina argillo-calcarea nel comune di Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, di fronte al fiume Garonna e appoggiata su enormi letti di ostriche fossili. Il vigneto è esposto a sud e si estende su 23 ettari, di cui 18 dedicati ai vitigni bianchi e 5 ai vitigni rossi. Le tradizioni sono ancora rispettate da Laurence e dal suo team di donne, con la raccolta manuale. La vinificazione in tini precede l'affinamento in botti di rovere e l'imbottigliamento dopo tre anni.
