Het landgoed Château des Mailles is sinds 1734 eigendom van de familie Larrieu. Het is gelegen op een klei-kalkstenen heuvel in de gemeente Sainte-Croix-du-Mont met uitzicht op de rivier de Garonne en rust op enorme fossiele oesterbanken. De wijngaard ligt op het zuiden en beslaat 23 hectare, waarvan 18 hectare witte en 5 hectare rode wijnstokken. De tradities worden door Laurence en haar team van vrouwen nog steeds in ere gehouden, met handmatige oogst. Vinificatie in vaten gaat vooraf aan rijping in eikenhouten vaten en botteling na drie jaar.
