È il secondo indirizzo dello chef inglese Mickael Degueurce. Questo ristorante offre una vista panoramica mozzafiato sulla pineta di Anglet, sui Pirenei, sulla cattedrale di Bayonne e sulla Rhune! Il menu cambia ogni giorno e si basa su prodotti freschi e prevalentemente locali. Basato principalmente sulla carne e sul trio manzo, anatra e maiale, il menu offre una varietà di piatti gustosi come le Txulets, costolette di manzo galiziane stagionate dallo stesso chef. ci sono 4 diversi contorni: patatine/insalata, cassolette di verdure, mousseline di verdure e pressé di mele con pancetta affumicata.
