La Porte Neuve è una delle quattro porte delle mura di Boulogne-sur-Mer.
I bastioni furono costruiti all'inizio del XIII secolo sulle fondamenta di un muro gallo-romano da Philippe de Hurepel, conte di Boulogne. Le basi della torre risalgono al XVI secolo; il portale e le spalle del 1632. Il passaggio pedonale fu costruito nel 1895. In alto, una statua lignea della Vergine Maria si erge su un edificio noto nel XIX secolo come "_Aubete" e utilizzato come residenza di un maggiore ausiliario. Fu distrutto intorno al 1866.
