Il 46° sentiero escursionistico a lunga percorrenza collega Tours a Tolosa su una distanza totale di 945 km. Attraversa Indre-et-Loire, Indre, Creuse, Corrèze, Lot, Tarn-et-Garonne, Tarn e Haute-Garonne.

Il tratto della Corrèze inizia a Lacelle, nel nord del Parco naturale del Plateau de Millevaches, e termina a Turenne, il più bel villaggio di Francia, con il suo superbo castello arroccato su un promontorio roccioso che offre una vista panoramica a 360° sui paesaggi del Causse e del Quercy. L'itinerario tocca anche Treignac, una "Petite Cité de Caractère" incastonata nel Massiccio delle Monédières, e Uzerche, il "Plus Beau Détour de France", noto anche come la "Perla del Limousin" per le sue numerose case e torri nobiliari.
