Nel palazzo ha sede la sede centrale della divisione trasporti della NV Nederlandse Gasunie. Dopo la suddivisione di Gasunie in una divisione di trasporto e una divisione commerciale, la divisione commerciale si è trasferita in un ufficio in Van Ketwich Verschuurlaan a Groningen. Tuttavia, l'edificio era troppo grande solo per la divisione trasporti, quindi una parte è stata affittata per anni a KPMG. Oggi l'intero edificio è nuovamente utilizzato da Gasunie.
