Waterhuizen è un villaggio nel comune di Midden-Groningen nella provincia di Groningen nei Paesi Bassi. Si trova lungo il Winschoterdiep, nel punto dove l'Hunze sfocia nel profondo.
È soprattutto conosciuto per il primo scalo trasversale che si incontra viaggiando da Groningen lungo il canale in direzione di Hoogezand. Dal 1971 al 2014 il Museo ferroviario Waterhuizen era situato nel villaggio.
