Sin dalla metà del 1800, qui c’è una camera per offrire ai passeggiatori un punto di ristoro, con vista sul villaggio di Bennekom. Non possiamo più godere di quest'ultima, poiché la vista è completamente scomparsa a causa della vegetazione. Inoltre, nel 2004 non solo è stato restaurato ma è stato anche spostato di circa 50 metri.
I discendenti dell'allora proprietario, Albertus van Daalen, hanno donato la camera nel 1929 all'ente turistico. Deve essere stato un posto amato, poiché appare su diverse vecchie cartoline.
