La cappella di Baak è la monumentale rovina di una cappella nella località olandese di Baak, nella regione della Gheldria. Della cappella resta solo la parte inferiore della relativa torre gotica che probabilmente risale al primo quarto del XV secolo. La cappella fu costruita intorno al 1362 ed era dedicata a San Nicola. La cappella iniziò a degradarsi nel 1670. Dal 1776 resta solo la robusta torre. Della torre rimangono tre sezioni. La prima sezione ha un corso di mattoni sporgente, la seconda ha una dentellatura, la terza ha due nicchie. Inoltre, c'è una parte del piano delle campane con due nicchie nella facciata. L'ingresso danneggiato ha una luce soprastante. Il muro meridionale ha una scala, la cappella non mostra tracce di volte.
