Il mulino De Welvaart fu costruito nel 1864 su incarico di Joseph Aerts. È un mulino a grano slanciato e verticale. Dopo essere passato di mano diverse volte, nel 1929 il mugnaio Leo Linssen divenne proprietario del mulino. Eseguì un gran numero di miglioramenti. Linssen acquistò un macchinario azionato elettricamente per poter far fronte ai periodi di calma di vento. Il slanciato mulino a grano. De Welvaart fu costruito nel 1864 su incarico di Joseph Aerts. Guarda il mulino a Horn.
