Di fronte a Praia de Moledo, su un isolotto roccioso raggiungibile in barca, sorge il Forte da Ínsua , costruito nel XVI secolo. Nel XV secolo l'edificio fu convertito da convento e nei secoli XVII e XVIII fu ristrutturato, trasformandolo in un bastione per la difesa costiera.
