Il porto di Capodistria è un porto commerciale situato a Capodistria, in Slovenia.Il porto si trova nella parte settentrionale del Mare Adriatico, collegando principalmente i mercati dell'Europa centrale e sud-orientale con il Mar Mediterraneo e l'estremo oriente.
Il porto di Capodistria è l'unico porto marittimo sloveno, movimentando circa due terzi del totale dei traffici marittimi destinati all'entroterra nazionale.
