Naar eeuwenoude traditie produceert men in de hamrokerij Montenau met vakkennis en ambachtelijke zorg originele Ardense ham. Deze ham is het resultaat van hoogstaande handenarbeid en wordt zoals vroeger gerookt met beukenhout en jeneverbessen.
Door de grote ramen kun je op weekdagen het hele productieproces volgen. Een filmpje vertelt je bovendien alles over de ham en zijn geschiedenis. De rondleiding is gratis.
