Deze begraafplaats dicht bij de Noorderring in Ieper ontstond tijdens de Derde Slag bij Ieper in 1917. Ze ligt vlakbij het grotere New Irish Farm Cemetery. Gesneuvelde soldaten van een nabij gelegen medische post werden hier begraven. De oorspronkelijke begraafplaats telde 87 graven, waaronder 1 Duits graf. Tussen 1924 en 1926 breidde deze begraafplaats uit met de ‘Extension’ en kwamen er 678 slachtoffers bij uit omliggende slagvelden en kleinere kerkhoven.
