De burcht Cloppenburg is een verdwenen middeleeuwse burcht van de graafschap Tecklenburg in het stadscentrum van Cloppenburg in de Landkreis Cloppenburg in Nedersaksen, direct ten zuiden van de Soeste.
De Cloppenburg moest de graven van Tecklenburg dienen om hun noordelijke heerschapsgebied te beveiligen. In eerste instantie werd in de eerste helft van de 13e eeuw, vlakbij de nederzetting Krapendorf in de Soesteniederlaag, op een hof in Hemesburen een door een watergracht beschermd huis gebouwd. Voor 1297 werd dit vervangen door een waterburcht, die voor het eerst werd genoemd in verband met een perceelruil op 5 januari 1297.
