Het pompstation Gelsenkirchen-Horst is een waterbouwkundig werk van de Emschergenossenschaft dat in 1958 in gebruik is genomen op het terrein van het Nordsternpark.
Het pompstation was nodig vanwege door de mijnbouw veroorzaakte verzakkingen boven het mijngebied Nordstern. Het opvanggebied in Horst beslaat 316 hectare. Vroeger pompte het het verzamelde water naar de hoger gelegen en beveiligde Emscher, tegenwoordig voert het het merendeel van het water via de ondergrondse Emscherkanaal af naar de rioolwaterzuivering Bottrop. Dit kanaal maakt onderdeel uit van het project voor de herinrichting van het Emschersysteem om de Emscher te ontlasten van afvalwater.
