De Kerk van la Asunción is een rooms-katholieke kerk gelegen in Almansa, provincie Albacete, Spanje.
De bouw van de kerk op deze locatie in de toen groeiende stad werd gekozen in 1524. Een aantal architecten, waaronder maestro Marquina, Maestro Pedro, Maestro Juan de Aranguren, Juanes de Segura en Juan de Urrea, nam het werk tot 1579 op zich. Het laat-renaissance portaal heeft een reliëf dat de Annunciatie en Tenhemelopneming van de Maagd afbeeldt. De façade werd gestart in 1619-1624 door Francisco de Figuerola. Het werk aan de sacristie, verschillende kapellen en de toren ging door in de latere helft van de 18e eeuw. Van 1789 tot 1805 werkte Bartolomé Rivelles aan de apsis. Het interieur was versierd in Neoclassicistische stijl. Restauratie vond plaats in de jaren 1980.
