De Esplanade is een tuin in Metz met een oppervlakte van 9.200 m2, gelegen aan de westkant van de wijk Metz-Centre. De Esplanade wordt aan de langste tegenoverliggende zijden begrensd door het Justitiepaleis en het Arsenal, in de buurt van de kapel van Metz en de basiliek Saint-Pierre-aux-Nonnains. Het kijkt uit over de vallei van de Moezel, het water van Saint-Symphorien tegenover de Mont Saint-Quentin.
