Het VVV-kantoor van Greater Nancy is ideaal gelegen aan de Place Stanislas, in een 18e-eeuws pand (UNESCO).
Het is 7 dagen per week geopend en biedt advies over overnachtingsmogelijkheden, kaartverkoop en vrijetijdsactiviteiten in Nancy en de hele regio. Er is veel gratis documentatie beschikbaar (brochures, tijdschriften en culturele kranten).
Het VVV-kantoor heeft twee winkels.
De Arty Shop is gewijd aan kunst en ambacht en biedt een breed scala aan creaties van ambachtslieden uit de hele Grand Est-regio.
Een winkel met toeristische producten, van ansichtkaarten tot cosmetica, kaarsen, zoete specialiteiten uit Lotharingen, boeken en textiel?
De groepsafdeling organiseert op verzoek rondleidingen en pauzes voor groepen.
