Het gebouw is alleen aan de buitenkant te zien: een gebouw van twee verdiepingen op een gewelfde kelder, gemaakt van roze zandsteen. Bewonderenswaardig barok portaal in gele zandsteen, versierd met het beeld van de heilige Franciscus (1769). Mogelijkheid om het op te nemen in een rondleiding door de stad. Na de ontbinding van het Sint-Stefanuskapittel in 1743 gaf de hertog van Lotharingen Stanislas toestemming om in 1749 in Hombourg Franciscaanse Recollecten te vestigen. Deze monniken bouwden een nieuw klooster naast de collegiale kerk en leefden daar tot de Revolutie. Na het vertrek van de Recollecten werd het gebouw tot 1997 gebruikt als pastorie.
