Cappel staat bekend om zijn prachtige oude boerderij in de Rue de la Forêt, die verrijkt is met gebeeldhouwde en gegraveerde versieringen. Het werd in 1708 gebouwd door Andres Kremer en zijn vrouw Maria en werd na de Tweede Wereldoorlog slechts licht gewijzigd. Voor het huis staat een prachtige calvarieberg, opgericht in 1812, die het volkse karakter van de kunst van ons platteland weerspiegelt. In de Rue Abbé Touba zijn zeldzame voorbeelden te zien van huizen uit de 18e eeuw. Ook religieuze kunst speelt een rol, zoals de calvarieberg uit 1741, die tegen de kerk is aangebouwd, en de kapel op het kerkhof, in neogotische stijl.
