De voormalige viswinkel Boulan in de visserswijk Cap Ferret, die enkele jaren geleden is omgebouwd tot een restaurant met een ontspannen brasseriesfeer, ondergaat een revival. Het nieuwe team, dat de geest van het huis heeft behouden: meubilair, sfeer, heeft zich niettemin omringd met een nieuwe chef-kok, Eric Jolibois
Na in vele prestigieuze Parijse etablissementen te hebben gewerkt, heeft hij zich gevestigd in Cap Ferret. De keuken is levendig en het menu weerspiegelt de ideeën en producten van het moment. Eenvoudig, origineel, vriendelijk en heerlijk.
