L’ancienne poissonnerie Boulan dans le quartier des pêcheurs du Cap Ferret transformée il y a quelques années en restaurant esprit brasserie décontractée, connait du renouveau. La nouvelle équipe qui a su conserver l’esprit de la maison : meubles, ambiance, s’est néanmoins entourée d’un nouveau chef, Sébastien Sévellec.
Natif de La Rochelle, il est passionné de cuisine et de poisson grâce à son père qui était patron de pêche.
La cuisine a du peps et l’ardoise reflète les idées et les produits du moment. Simple, original, convivial, délicieux.
