SAS Les Champignons de Cussangy, opgericht in 1985, biedt een ruime keuze aan paddenstoelen: kastanjechampignons, oesterzwammen en shiitake. Specialiteiten zijn onder andere paddenstoelenfondue met Chaource-kaas, Chaource-saus, in bier gestoofde paddenstoelen en gekookte oesterzwammen. U vindt er ook een selectie gastronomische producten: lokale specialiteiten, cadeaus en geschenkmanden. De winkel is geopend van dinsdag tot en met vrijdag van 15.00 tot 18.00 uur en op zaterdag van 10.00 tot 12.00 uur en van 14.00 tot 17.00 uur. Gesloten op zondag, maandag en feestdagen. In december zijn de openingstijden verlengd vanwege de feestdagen. In december: maandag tot en met zaterdag van 10.00 tot 12.00 uur en van 14.00 tot 18.00 uur. Zondag: van 10.00 tot 12.00 uur en van 15.00 tot 17.00 uur.
