Le Buste et l'Oreille is een wijnkelder en bar in het centrum van Arles. Maar waarom deze naam? Als eerbetoon aan onze mooie en oude stad - en ook omdat de woordspelingen op wijn allemaal gemaakt zijn - hebben we besloten onze plaats te belichamen met twee emblematische personages: Julius Caesar (en vooral zijn buste... die in de Rhône gevonden is) en Vincent Van Gogh (nou ja, vooral zijn oor... die in het Hôtel Dieu gevonden is). Nu weet je alles..
