De plaats van het laatste offensief van maarschalk Foch op 10 en 11 november 1918. Hier werd het staakt-het-vuren afgekondigd door soldaat 1e klas DELALUQUE. Het laatste officiële slachtoffer van de Grote Oorlog, Augustin-Joseph TREBUCHON, die 17 minuten voor het staakt-het-vuren sneuvelde, ligt begraven op de gemeentelijke begraafplaats van Vrigne-Meuse.
