Description by the author

De wandelroute start aan het treinstation van Sint-Omer, waar eveneens parking is. De route gaat noordelijk langs het Canal du Haut Pont en de rivier de Aa tot het dorp Saint-Momelin. Daarna gaat het richting Clairmarais. Je kan er de ruïnes zien van de oude abdij. De nog intacte abdijhoeve is ook zeker een foto waard. Het laatste deel van de route gaat van Clairmarais tot Sint-Omer. De wandeling is 15.5km lang en is zo goed als volledig vlak.
