Het Philopappos-monument is een oud Grieks mausoleum en monument gewijd aan Gaius Julius Antiochus Epiphanes Philopappos, ook wel Philopappus genoemd, een prins uit het koninkrijk Commagene. Het bevindt zich op de Mouseion-heuvel in Athene, Griekenland, ten zuidwesten van de Akropolis.
Philopappos stierf in 116, en zijn dood bracht groot verdriet teweeg bij zijn zus Julia Balbilla, de inwoners van Athene en mogelijk ook de keizerlijke familie. Ter ere van Philopappos liet Balbilla samen met de inwoners van Athene een grafmonument oprichten op de Muzenheuvel, vlakbij de Akropolis van Athene. Zijn marmeren grafmonument staat nog steeds bekend als het Philopapposmonument, en de heuvel heet tegenwoordig Philopappouheuvel.
