Landgoed 't Nijendal, tussen Diepenveen en Olst, maakt lange tijd deel uit van de bezittingen van Groot Hoenlo. Op 't Nijendal zijn meerdere oude pachtboerderijen gevestigd, zoals Wetermans en Holtermans.
Erve Sogebrink wordt al in 1394 genoemd.
De huidige boerderij Zoogenbrink is van oorsprong zo'n driehonderd jaar oud en wordt in 1985 met erf en tuin zo veel mogelijk in oude staat teruggebracht. Tussen 1975 en 1982 komt het landgoed in beheer bij Staatsbosbeheer.
