De Bolwerken is een stadspark in Haarlem, gelegen ten noorden van het station, en omvat de voormalige vestingwerken van de stad. Nadat de stadsmuren in de negentiende eeuw werden gesloopt, werd het gebied getransformeerd tot een park in Engelse landschapsstijl door tuinarchitect J.D. Zocher, die ook het Vondelpark ontwierp. In 2007 werden de twee zijdes van het park bij de Kloppersingel verbonden met een voetgangersbrug. De paden in het park zijn waterdoorlatend dankzij het gebruik van Grauwacke-split.
