De Aljezur-rivier is een kleine rivier in de Portugese regio van de Algarve. De rivier stroomt 9,8 kilometer westwaarts vanaf zijn oorsprong in het dorp Aljezur, van de samenvloeiing van de rivier Alfambres en de rivier Cerca tot aan zijn monding aan de Atlantische westkust van de Algarve bij Praia da Amoreira.
Vanaf zijn samenvloeiing kronkelt de rivier door een ravijn rond de basis van een heuvel waarop de resten van het Moorse kasteel van Aljezur zich bevinden. De Moren bouwden een haven aan de voet van het kasteel en maakten de rivier bevaarbaar tot de oceaan bij Amoreira. De rivier en de haven bleven bevaarbaar tot de 18e eeuw, waarna het kanaal in verval raakte na de vernietiging van het dorp veroorzaakt door de aardbeving van 1755.
