Kestemont Brewery

Brewery Kestemont: A family craft brewery that puts taste and tradition first.

In 2016, the entire site was purchased by the Kestemont family, born and raised Pajotten. Three years later, lambic is started on oak barrels. In 2021, a brewing room will be set up to make the first brews of home-brewed lambic. After half a century of absence, we can once again smell the smell of cooling wort in the streets of Pede and thus restore a part of regional history. Probably what Brueghel smelled while painting the old mill and chapel of Pede about 400 years ago, within walking distance of the brewery.
