La Capilla de San Sebastián fue la última del conjunto de cuatro Escaleras del Vía Crucis de Valença. Fue construida en la segunda mitad del siglo XIX.
A pesar de su sencillez, la capilla presenta una planta longitudinal sencilla, con iluminación axial y lateral en el interior y cubierta de masilla de madera.
En el interior, el retablo mayor, en talla policromada, pese a estar realizado en el siglo XIX, reutiliza algunos elementos esculpidos antiguos e integra un grupo escultórico del siglo XVIII que representa el Descendimiento de la Cruz . Destaca también la pila de agua bendita polilobulada, que une dos cazoletas.
