The agricultural idyll of the valley is unique. The circular route runs over three organically managed farms in the valley. Since the 1970s, farm communities have gradually formed here, operating biodynamic or organic-biological farming: vegetable cultivation as well as livestock and dairy farming. The products, also processed into delicious cheese varieties, are offered in the farm shops. The farmers involve visitors in the care and development of the landscape, as well as in the appropriate breeding and keeping of animals, and invite them to linger. Each of the farms has its individual focus. It is a pleasure to get to know the individual farms there and enjoy healthy food.
