La Cité des Mémoires - Oroitzapenen Hiria è un luogo da visitare nel centro di Hendaye.

9 sale accompagnano i visitatori in un viaggio che va dalla stregoneria al XVI secolo, passando per l'architettura neobasca, il contrabbando, i principali conflitti del XX secolo, la gastronomia e, naturalmente, la frontiera e la dogana.
Le collezioni esposte comprendono copie di opere importanti, tra cui Goya, provenienti da Versailles, dal Grand Palais di Parigi e dai musei di Madrid e Londra.
Per completare l'esperienza, c'è anche un gioco di fuga dedicato a Etienne Pellot, l'ultimo corsaro francese, originario di Henday.
