Fabrikken for jern i Charleroi er en Belgisk jern- og stålvirksomhed, der ligger langs Samber i Marchienne-au-Pont. I 1863 blev selskabet Victor Gillieaux et Cie grundlagt af Victor Gillieaux, og i 1864 fik han tilladelse til at etablere en metallurgisk virksomhed her. I 1873 blev denne virksomhed omdannet til et aktieselskab og fik navnet: Fabrique de fer de Charleroi, som det beholdt, indtil det blev fusioneret med Usinor i 1997. På trods af selskabsformen forblev størstedelen af aktierne i hænderne på familierne Gilleaux og Dewandre.
