La Chiesa di San Columba, Long Tower è una Chiesa Cattolica Romana nella Diocesi di Derry. Si trova nel cuore della città di Derry, nell'Irlanda del Nord.
L'attuale chiesa è costruita sul sito di un culto cattolico romano che risale al XII secolo. L'attuale Chiesa Long Tower iniziò la sua vita nel 1783 su scala molto più piccola di quella attuale. Padre John Lynch, un sacerdote parrocchiale di Derry, iniziò un'azione per raccogliere fondi per costruire la Chiesa Long Tower e ricevette finanziamenti non solo da cattolici romani ma anche da persone protestanti a Derry all'epoca. La chiesa fu aperta nel 1788.
