Hotel Fürst zu Stolberg, fra 1946 til 1994 Hotel Heinrich Heine, var et luksushotel og bygningsmindesmærke i Schierke i Landkreis Harz i Sachsen-Anhalt.
Hotellet blev opført fra 1898 efter tegninger af den Wernigeroder arkitekt Ernst Niewerth som luksushotel i den harztypiske, landskabeligt præget reformstil og blev åbnet i 1900. Allerede i 1904 blev kapaciteten udvidet med en yderligere boligfløj. Hotellet havde sit eget konditori, en wienerrestaurant med billardborde, centralvarme, elektrisk belysning og en tankstation. På grunden var der adskillige tennisbaner samt en kælkebane.
