Brasserie La Houppe blev grundlagt i 2013 af fem ølentusiaster. Bryggeriet har været beliggende i den tidligere bryggeri Balon-Parin i Namur i 9 år. Produktionen steg langsomt men målstærkt. Vennerne besluttede at købe en ny bygning. Deres øjne faldt på det tidligere jordbærauktion i Wépion. I den store hal er de gamle auktionsbænke og auktionsuret blevet stående. Ølproduktionen har nu en kapacitet på 10.000 til 15.000 hl. Det mest kendte øl fra bryggeriet er La Houppe, en blond tripel (7,5 % alc.).
