Vlotho er en bydel ved Weser-floden i den ligeså navngivne by Vlotho i den østvestfalske kommune Herford. Indtil den 31. december 1968 var Vlotho en selvstændig by i Vlotho Amt med de selvstændige kommuner Exter og Valdorf. Den blev den 1. januar 1973 udvidet ved indlemmelsen af den kommune Uffeln, der ligger til højre for Weser-floden, fra det tidligere Amt Hausberge. Bydelen Vlotho har 6920 indbyggere og er den mest befolkede del af byen, hvor kommunens administrationskontor også ligger.
