Gameren ist ein Dorf in der niederländischen Gemeinde Zaltbommel in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland. Das Dorf liegt nahe Zaltbommel und entlang der Waal. Es war bis 1955 eine selbstständige Gemeinde, als es mit Kerkwijk zusammengelegt wurde. Am 1. Januar 2021 hatte das Dorf 3.000 Einwohner. Gameren entstand auf einem Hochufer entlang der Waal. 1031 wurde der Ort erstmals erwähnt. Es entstand ein langgezogenes Esdorf. Im 14. Jahrhundert wurde der Waalbanddijk angelegt. Seitdem entwickelte sich Gameren auch nach Norden in Richtung dieses Deichs.
