Saviez-vous que Dijon est le lieu de naissance du Kir ? C'est une invention du chanoine de Dijon, qui a également été un maire très médiatisé de la ville de Dijon. La boisson a été nommée d'après ce prêtre bourguignon, Félix Kir, qui a vécu de 1876 à 1968. Ce cocktail est basé sur de la Crème de cassis et du vin blanc bourgogne Aligoté. Pour le Kir Royal, le vin blanc est remplacé par du champagne ou un autre vin mousseux.
