Nel mezzo degli anni '80, Guy Pirlot iniziò la sua seconda passione nella cucina di sua moglie. Una grande pentola da 10 litri e un termometro erano i suoi strumenti principali. Presto si rese conto che il suo alambicco da 50 litri era troppo piccolo, quindi iniziò a produrre in un altro posto. Nel 2011 aprì la sua birreria, con i suoi alambicchi di rame. Oltre alle birre, Guy distilla anche genever e whisky. Nei giorni di sole, i visitatori possono degustare la sua birra sulla terrazza.
