Il Gruppo IMA Schelling è un gruppo aziendale italo-austriaco che sviluppa e produce macchine e impianti per le industrie del legno, del metallo e della plastica. Le sue sedi principali si trovano nella città di Lübbecke e nel comune di Schwarzach.
La fondazione è avvenuta nel 1951 a Gütersloh per opera di Erich Klessmann. Dalla società TEXTIMA è nata IMA concentrandosi sulla produzione di attrezzature per l'industria del legno. Lo stabilimento di Lübbecke è stato inizialmente fondato nel 1960 come un'azienda di produzione meccanica. Nel 1989 è iniziata la cooperazione con IMA Meinert. A partire dal 1991, a causa della globalizzazione dei mercati, si è iniziato a fondare società di distribuzione in tutto il mondo.
